The South Coast DTP is a beacon of excellence, innovation and imagination in the training of the next generation of social scientists.  We fund Masters and PhD students across our three partner institutions, the Universities of Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton, with a range of social science disciplines.

Please note we will be accepting applications from applicants who wish to commence their studies in the 2022/23 Academic Year from 8th November 2021 to 24th January 2022 (application deadline is 11.59 pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)).  

To apply for SCDTP funding you will need to register on this site ('Register' button at top right of the screen).

You will also have to have submitted a programme application to your chosen partner institution (Brighton, Portsmouth or Southampton).
